Dr. Karen Phillips

Karen Phillips, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the School of Interdisciplinary Health Sciences.

 

Dr. Phillips’ research program uses interdisciplinary approaches to investigate sexual and reproductive health.  Building on her graduate training in reproductive biology with clinical experience in assisted reproductive technologies and infertility, her research program investigates awareness, risk perceptions, behaviours and health promotion in the context of sexual and reproductive health. Research approaches include SGBA+, mixed-methods, policy analysis, qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
